What does your beekeeping mentorship include?
Mentorship covers hands-on guidance at your home or location of your choosing. Travel fees do apply. Currated curriculumn and data tracking are provided for. Each session covers basic beekeeping techniques and methods in order to establish a strong foundation. Aspiring and new beekeepers are encouraged to enroll. Mentoring usually lasts 1-3 years.
Are your educational classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Sessions start with the very basics of beekeeping and will build up to more advanced skills. Whether you’re curious or ready to dive in, you leave with knowledge that sticks better than honey.
Do you serve all areas in DC, MD, and VA?
I am located in MD and service areas of DC, MD, and Va within a reasonable distance. Will not travel more than 3 hours. Travel fees will apply.
What should I prepare before starting beekeeping?
Free Consulatations and property walk-throughs will be scheduled ahead of time. Each client will receieve a list of equipment and gear needed and are responsible for purchasing all items. Sessions begin early spring. Will not take any new clients after July 4th.
